The Landkreis Kassel is the coordinator of the My e-Start project.
It is one of the five counties in northern Hesse and is both the responsible administrative authority as well as policy and decision maker.
The Landkreis has undertaken various activities and projects to promote education, integration, and participation with the ultimate aim of achieving equal opportunities and ensuring
that all societal groups can take part in society.
As provider of e-Government services the Landkreis Kassel has a special interest in equipping citizens with the necessary skills to make use of them.
